Non-Profit Support
Joining the Causes Matter Network and creating your own Causes Matter Partner Page provides a new donation funnel for your organization, without impacting giving from existing donors. Your donors are already planning to travel, but by directing them to use your Partner Page to find an amazing travel package, you're giving them the opportunity to use their travel budget as another means of supporting your organization.

The Causes Matter Network is open to any registered Non-Profit Organization in the United States. To get your own Causes Matter Partner Page please visit the Get Started page and complete the registration form.
Once you complete the registration form our team will get to work on generating your site. Please allow up-to 48 business hours for your Partner Page to be ready.
Any information, images, or details about your Non-Profit Organization you would like to have updated on your Partner Page can be sent to support@causesmatter.com and our team will make the updates, usually by the next business day.
After you register and customize your Causes Matter site, you will want to set up your organization to receive your donations. Donations are sent to your organization through a Stripe transfer from a holding account. This is to ensure that Causes Matter never needs access to your financial information or bank account - an important part of our commitment to protecting your organizations privacy and security.
Visit the Stripe Setup page to learn how to set up your account and connect it to Causes Matter to receive donations. This can be done anytime after you set up your Causes Matter site, but we cannot transfer your donations to you until your account is connected.
On the first Monday of each month your total sales from the previous month are calculated and exported as a spreadsheet for your records. 10% of your gross sales from the previous month are transferred from our Stripe holding account into your Stripe Connect account.
You must have completed the Stripe Connect setup process to receive your donations. If you have not yet completed the process by the first Monday of the month, your funds will be held until the process is completed.
The donated funds will be automatically deposited into the bank account you entered during your Stripe Account setup, usually within 3 business days. You can adjust that payout period, or change it to manual payouts if you prefer Stripe not automatically deposit the funds. Once funds are transferred to your Stripe Connect account you will need to work with Stripe support on any additional questions you may have.

Donor Support
A Causes Matter Certificate (VSC) is a document that is automatically generated when you complete the purchase of a travel package on any Causes Matter site. The document will be available on your My Account page of the Causes Matter site where you purchased it, and in the sales receipt email you receive.
Each certificate includes a randomly generated Redemption Code good for a one-time use to redeem your travel package. Unlike a regular travel agency website, you're not purchasing a trip at a specific time, but rather purchasing a travel package that you can redeem when you're ready to book your travel.
Once you redeem your code you will be contacted by our in-house Concierge Team who will help you select your dates of travel, answer any additional questions you might have about the package or accommodations, and get you set to have a great travel experience!
To redeem your certificate, just visit the redemption page of the Causes Matter site where you originally make the purchase and click on the Redeem a Certificate link at the top of the page. On the redemption page you will enter or copy-and-paste your Redemption Code into the form and our system will let you know if the code is valid. A valid code will return a result showing you details of what you purchased and offer to let you redeem the certificate with the click of a button!
If a code has already been used it will no longer be valid, and the system will inform you that the code has already been used.
If you don't remember where you purchased your certificate, you can click on the redemption link in the PDF. If you only have a code but no VSC (if the code was say given to you as a gift), please email us at support@causesmatter.org and we will find the information you need to complete your redemption.
Each Causes Matter site is dedicated to supporting a specific Non-Profit Organization. 10% of every sale on a VS site goes directly to the non-profit. You can feel good about getting a great deal on a travel package knowing that your purchase helped support the important mission of a Non-Profit that you care about!

Please remember that each VSC contains a single one-time-use Redemption Code that is no longer valid after it is used.
No problem! Simply return to the Causes Matter site where you made your purchase, log into your My Account section (located at the top of the site), and then go to the Downloads tab. Any certificates you have purchased will be available to view and re-download whenever you need them!
Log into your account to review your information, previous orders, or download Causes Matter Certificates's by going to the Causes Matter site where you made your purchase and clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page.
If you have lost your password, click on the "Lost your password?" link below the login form. Then enter your username or password and a reset link will be emailed to you within a few minutes.
